How do I reschedule or cancel my DNA sample collection appointment?

If you need to reschedule your sample collection appointment for your Legal DNA test, please contact the laboratory at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you do not provide 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling, a rebooking fee will apply before the laboratory can reschedule your appointment.
